I've been in your shoes, leading multi-million and billion-dollar initiatives and witnessing firsthand the impact of culture on an organization's success. My journey from the boardroom to the therapy room has given me a profound understanding of how personal and professional dynamics intersect and influence workplace culture.
As the CEO of UNCHARTED WAY, I specialize in helping organizations transform their cultures by addressing both the strategic and human elements. My work focuses on executive coaching, empowering leaders to become stronger mental health champions, and fostering environments where employees can thrive.
My academic credentials? They include an MBA and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Economics and a Minor in Neuroscience. But it's my Master's in Couples and Family Therapy that often surprises people—it turns out understanding relationship dynamics is incredibly handy in navigating corporate culture and enhancing leadership effectiveness!

Ben built and led diverse regional and global teams to achieve near-term business objectives and address strategic, future growth imperatives. At every step, Ben navigated the challenges of change management, the interdependencies of global and regional functions, and the intricacies of matrix management, to produce superior results through high-performing teams, whether they had 6 members or 160.
Ben’s passion is working with emerging leaders and mid to upper-level managers across large corporations and early to late-stage tech start-ups.
