This six-month program coaches senior leaders to build upon their innate leadership strengths and enhance existing leadership character traits.

As organizations constantly grow and evolve, your leaders need to continue to elevate their leadership presence, motivation, managerial skills, stress management, prioritization, and similar skills to even higher levels. This program will help to keep your senior leaders “ahead of the curve” in all aspects of their leadership roles amid any challenges and barriers that arise. Outcomes include a drastic improvement in the increased bench strength of your leaders as well as a ripple effect, ultimately increasing employee engagement and improving your organization’s overall culture.

To kick off the program, the senior leaders will receive a CDR 3D assessment, which, upon professional analysis, provides results to pinpoint growth and development opportunities.

At the beginning of the program, your UNCHARTED coach will meet with the organization’s CEO to refine goals and target areas for his or her senior leaders that are participating in the program.

The program will kick off with two sessions between your UNCHARTED coach and the senior leaders to establish a baseline, deep dive into values and discuss the overall coaching relationship.

Over the six-month program, each senior leader will receive ongoing coaching sessions (including the discovery sessions) which may include some minimally disruptive “homework” to deepen learning.

Together, we’ll create a roadmap for each senior leader to continuously track his or her progress across the six-month program and ensure he or she is meeting or exceeding all goals set.

At the end of the program, the coach, senior leaders, and CEO will meet to review the roadmaps, compare results with original goals set and determine any work moving forward or necessary actions.
