Meridith Marshall

CEO & Founder

I believe there’s a better way to approach work - a way that adds to and supports a fulfilling life, rather than detracting from it. As the Founder and CEO of UNCHARTED, I have seen firsthand what securing a career that's aligned with your values can do for your life, both personally and professionally.

Throughout my career, I have helped people and organizations navigate some of the most difficult of circumstances to obtain clarity and take action. I provide clients with a calm and nurturing space to explore new ideas and to expand concepts related to work.

My unique ability to lead as both a practitioner and an industry-recognized expert has provided me with opportunities to quickly drive significant impact within organizations and to readily identify how to help others do the same. Because my coaching approach is results-oriented, I work with clients to set strategic short- and long-term goals that reflect their values and place them on a path to achieve meaningful change. As a dynamic and resilient coach, I take great pride in partnering with organizations that are looking to better understand their team dynamics and with individuals who are looking to land their dream jobs.

In 2009, I graduated from Drake University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Economics, Minor in Neuroscience, and a Master of Business Administration. I’m an Interaction Associates trained facilitator and certified Co-Active coach.
